[2012-11-27 message] To all Occupiers:
The legal battle continues for the people arrested during the Occupy Bellingham camp at Maritime Heritage Park by 40 police officers in riot gear. We are currently attempting to get the charges dropped by submitting various motions for dismissal. Our legal team feels that it would be beneficial if the prosecutor heard from members of the community in support of our First Amendments rights to be in the park. We would ask you to write a letter in support of dropping the charges against the four people arrested at the park. Your letter can be sent to:
